DXN Ltd which specializes in prefabricated modular data centers has reportedly entered into a contract with an Australian Security exchange-listed globally renowned gold mining company Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX: NCM) covering that covers the designing, building, shipment, and installation of a complete prefabricated modular EDGE data center to integrate critical infrastructure for mining requirements of the company’s mining complex in NSW.
May 2020 – Reinforcement of Regional Footprint
Schneider Electric (Euronext: SU) which is a globally renowned energy management firm would reportedly work with Leading Edge Data Centres based out of Sydney on a project which is in the order of $30 million facilitating national digital economy upgrade of Australia and the retention of data in home soil. The former has been said to provide Tier-3-designed, standardized, pre-assembled, and fully integrated data center modules, designed to reinforce Leading Edge’s presence in six sites across New South Wales.
March 2020 – Partnership
A global provider of infrastructure solutions called Vertiv (NYSE: VRT) has announced a partnership with Uptime Institute to launch its prefabricated modular data center solutions that have been qualified as TIER-Ready by the latter. Encompassed within the agreement review of TIER-Ready III design for Vertiv’s SmartMod PFM infrastructure. With 80kW of IT load, this solution comprises up to 10 racks.
February 2020 – Product Launch
